Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Awake ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Awake is operated by Hybrid Interactive. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Awake provides NFL pick'em and survivor pool tools for entertainment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Schedule data, scores, and standings depend on third-party sources and may be delayed or incorrect.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Awake.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Pools and conduct

• Pool rules are set by commissioners within the options Awake provides.
• Do not harass others, spam chat, or attempt to disrupt scoring, auth, or infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service beyond normal use.

No gambling affiliation

Awake is not a sportsbook and does not facilitate real-money wagering. Any stakes or prizes among pool members are private arrangements between those members and are not operated or guaranteed by Hybrid Interactive.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hybrid Interactive is not liable for lost picks, scoring disputes, downtime, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of Awake.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
